Eye Care Pencil Eyeliner

The hypoallergenic Eye Care Cosmetics pencil eye liners are extremely soft, high-tolerance and contain Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E to intensify even the most sensitive eyes.

Use a pencil sharpened with a special cosmetic sharpener to avoid splinters.

Application inside the lower lashes is not recommended for those with sensitive eyes and/or contact lens wearers.
